About Morgan
As a management psychologist, Morgan’s expertise lies in her ability to assist executive leadership in identifying, onboarding, developing, and retaining talent at both an individual and systemic level. She has a particular passion for assisting leaders and team members in better understanding how their personality can influence how they show up at work. She sees herself as a thought and accountability partner for her clients, encouraging them to know themselves, build followership, and pursue their goals with intentionality.
Morgan spent the first decade of her career gaining extensive experience in executive coaching, executive assessment, team effectiveness work, and leadership development at established firms. She is grateful to have had the opportunity to work globally, manage large enterprise accounts, and lead people, both formally and informally. She founded Senscia Leadership in 2024 in an effort to optimize the impact of her existing skill set and make space for both learning and innovation in her area of expertise.
She completed bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Philosophy at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. Five years later, she received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology and Master of Business Administration from Widener University, located outside Philadelphia, PA.
Outside of work, Morgan is a wife, a part-time stepmom, and a full-time pet mom. She is passionate about seeing the world and has become a bit of a fitness nerd. If she isn’t at the gym or traveling, she likes to spend her weekends playing board games with friends.
